From Route 95/128 (Northbound):
Proceed North on Rte. 95/128 to Exit 27B (Winter/Wyman Street). Bear right off exit onto Wyman Street. At the end of street (yield sign), turn right and cross over Route 95/128. Stay in the right hand lane and you will see an overhead sign for Winter Street West. Continue on Winter Street 1 -1 /2 miles, following the reservoir, to the entrance of The Bay Colony Corporate Center. Take a left into The Bay Colony Corporate Center. Proceed up hill to 1050 Winter Street, which is the second entrance on the left. The Bay Colony Corporate Center is located on the first floor, Suite 1400.
From Route 95/128 (Southbound): Proceed South on Route 95/128 and take Exit 27B (Winter/Wyman Street). Stay in the right hand lane and proceed straight through both sets of lights. You will continue to drive along Winter Street, following the reservoir, to the entrance of The Bay Colony Corporate Center. Take a left into The Bay Colony Corporate Center. Proceed up hill to 1050 Winter Street, which is the second entrance on your left. The Bay Colony Corporate Center is located on the first floor, Suite 1400.
From Boston: Take the Mass Pike (I-90) to Exit 15 (Route 95/128). Follow Route 95/128 (Northbound) directions above.
From Western Mass/New York: Take the Mass Pike (I-90 East) to Exit 14 (Route 95/128). Follow Route 95/128 (Northbound) directions above.
Shortcut from Mass Pike to The Bay Colony Corporate Center: Take Route 30 on Mass Pike (at Rt. 128 Exit). At stop sign, take a right. At stoplight, take a left. You will be traveling on Route 30 (West). Take 1st right onto Newton Street (in Weston). Take “soft” left onto School Street. Stay on School Street. You will drive through stoplight (at Route 20). Take right onto Church Street (make sure you drive around flower pot so that church is on your right). After crossing railroad tracks at Kendall Green Station, take right at stop sign onto North Ave. Take 1st left onto Lexington (approx. 1 mile). You will see a stoplight up ahead - take a left at lights. You will see reservoir on your right-hand side. Follow the reservoir to the entrance of The Bay Colony Corporate Center. Take a left into The Bay Colony Corporate Center. Proceed up hill to 1050 Winter Street, which is the second entrance on the left. The Bay Colony Corporate Center is located on the first floor, Suite 1400.
Shortcut from Bay Colony Corporate Center to Route 128: Take a left out of The Bay Colony Corporate Center. This starts out as a one-way street, so you have the right of way! At the stop sign, take a right. Follow road to next stop sign (be careful of speed bumps!) At next stop sign, take a right onto Trapello Road. You will see signs for Route 128 North/South up ahead.
Shortcut from the Bay Colony Corporate Center to Route 2: Take a left out of The Bay Colony Corporate Center. This starts out as a one-way street, so you have the right of way! At the stop sign, go straight (be careful of speed bumps!). Follow road to next stop sign. At next stop sign, take a left. Follow to next stop sign. Take a right at next stop sign. Follow until you come to stoplights. This is Route 2. Take a left if you want to head West (i.e. Concord), or right to head East (i.e. Cambridge)
